Welcome to CraftUp! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CraftUp mobile application (“App”), operated by an individual based in Italy (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
You may use CraftUp for personal, non-commercial purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, you may not use the App or provide any personal data.
2. Account Creation
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using your email address or social media profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
CraftUp offers subscription-based plans, which may include a free trial. Subscriptions are billed via the Apple App Store and are automatically renewed unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
Refunds are handled by the App Store and are subject to their terms. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription unless required by applicable law.
4. User Content
Users are not permitted to upload or publish content on the App. All interactions occur within the structured features of the App.
5. Feedback and User Messages
If you provide us with any feedback, comments, or suggestions regarding the App, you agree that we may use them freely, without compensation or credit.
If you contact us via email or through features in the App (such as the in-app contact form), you agree that your messages may be stored and used to improve the service, without any obligation of confidentiality or compensation.
6. Artificial Intelligence Content
Some content in the App may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence systems. All content is reviewed and moderated before being published, but we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely error-free.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials within the App, including the CraftUp name, logo, visual design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of the App owner.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.
8. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect the following personal information:
Email address
Social media profile data (if you sign up via third-party services)

9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or continuously available.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the App.
In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
12. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via an in-app notice or email. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet outages, or platform disruptions.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us.
Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Milan, Italy, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
